Kelly Services is looking for an IT Administrative Assistant for a dynamic company located in the Reading, PA area!

Summary of Job Purpose and Function:

The IT Administrative Assistant will play an integral part in the IT Department by ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the Information Technology office.

Essential Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Answer and direct phone calls routed to them from other phones

  • Organize and schedule appointments

  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes when applicable

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of regularly scheduled reports

  • Develop and maintain an expense filing system

  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures

-Track attendance in the IT Department

  • Book travel arrangements

  • Compile, Submit and reconcile expense reports

  • Provide general support to visitors

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior executives

  • Review and voucher IT Expenses

  • Review and verify cell phone bills

  • Maintain cell phone contracts

  • Virus Checking and response

  • General and other office duties as assigned


Minimum Qualification(s):

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or customer service representative

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Working knowledge of office equipment

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
