Kelly Services Receptionist/Technical Customer Service Representative in Winter Springs, Florida

General Job Description (This description does not necessarily constitute the complete list of duties which may be required):

  • Displays courteous and efficient manner on the telephone. Answers telephone and routes calls promptly.

  • Greets visitors in a congenial and courteous manner; notifies person(s) being visited.

  • Monitors presence of office employees. Issues visitor badges to visitors, and maintains a sign-in log of visitors. Verifies appointment of individual to be seen, and collects visitor badges upon departure.

  • Availability for incoming customer phone calls, timely and accurate order placement,order information, shipping documentation, expedite priority requests, maintaining updated product information, professional customer treatment & general filing & clerical work.

  • To guarantee the accuracy of all order processing documentation (written, entered, printed and filed).

  • Immediate and accurate order taking, recording and data entry, identification of payment terms when required: International orders, credit holds, faxed order acknowlegement when required.

  • Immediate or same day response to customer inquiry of service order, delivery, availability, pricing and product information, International inquiries 24 hr. maximum response.

  • Maintenance of updated product information, resource materials and memos.

  • Returned Goods processing, documentation, distribution and filing.

  • Tracking customer credit report for shipments on hold, and followup notifications when required.

  • Documentation of customer complaints and distribution to appropriate department.

  • Suggest improvements to processes and documentation.


Computerized order processing experience preferred. Technical support experience preferred. English speaking, bilingual helpful.
