Kelly Services Call Center Supervisor in Winnipeg, Canada

As the successful candidate, you will come to us with 3+ years of experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service role. Ideally, you have had multiple people reporting to you during your career, ideally in a call centre environment. Experience in a lead role is preferred.

The skills that we are looking for are:

-Demonstrated experience handling inbound and outbound campaign driven calls

-Technical savviness with knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Must be able to input, monitor, and manipulate data within these programs

-Exceptional customer service and communication skills – Spanish and or French skills would be an asset

-Proven leadership experience to be able to motivate and coach a team

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and some holidays
