Kelly Services Customer Service Representative in Warrendale, Pennsylvania

Kelly Services is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives for a healthcare call center environment. The position requires the candidate to have at least 6 months of customer service experience. If you are looking for a temp-to-hire position, our client is willing to consider high performers for other positions in the company.

Training and projected start date is September 2018 and will last three months (hours for training are 8:00am-4:30pm). Additional training will be offered throughout the placement.

Pay rate: $15.00/hr

Candidates will be taking calls from patients for Rx re-orders, may have to occasionally speak with doctors/nurses, but mainly patients

  • Will take 50-60 calls a day

  • Candidates need to be DEPENDABLE

  • Must have 2yrs of customer service experience

  • Work schedule is 930am – 600pm

Receive and place telephone calls. Perform data entry and use software programs. Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Must document all calls and evaluate each account to determine if further research is necessary. Responsible for providing world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner. Required to meet productivity standards as set forth by the management team; and identify and report trends in call drivers to management. Requires close attention to accuracy, performs independently, subject to practices and procedures.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Experience using Microsoft Word and Outlook (strong preference for candidates who can data entry into Microsoft Excel)

Good work experience tenure in customer service or call center based positions

Flexible in working daytime shifts (typical shift is 8:00am-5:00pm, 9:00am-6:00pm, 10:00am-7:00pm, or 11:00am-8:00pm)- Strong preference to candidates who are flexible for all or majority of the shifts.
