Job Title : Accounting Clerk
Duration : Oct. 01/18 - Nov. 09/18
Hours: (M-F) 8:00am – 4:00pm (some flexibility)
Pay Rate: $17.03/hr + 4% Vacation pay
We are looking for an accounting clerk to help out on a project on a one-month contract. Our client is a major Canadian banking institution. Training will be provided.
Brief Project Description:
- Client invoice preparation using Excel and internal reports.
Daily Responsibilities :
The primary responsibility will be to prepare invoices in Excel using established templates. Some invoices will require minor adjustments. Information used to prepare the invoices are printed from a client database.
Other tasks may require assistance, but invoice preparation will likely take most of the time.
What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role and in what capacity will the successful candidate be using it: Excel
Must Have Skills :
- Knowledge of Excel, invoices that require adjustments will involve simple math work.
- Attention to detail
