Kelly Services Recruiter - Troy, MI in Troy, Michigan

KellyConnect Recruiters conduct high volume recruiting duties for candidates interested in technical support and customer service positions. Recruiters review candidates’ resumes and qualifications, conduct video interviews with applicants and place qualified candidates with KellyConnect clients and temporary positions.

Recruiters strive to meet and exceed service delivery goals and customer expectations, while exercising discretion and independent judgment in making decisions.

Duties &Responsibilities:

  • Conducting video interviews with applicants interested in technical support and customer service positions

  • Reviewing candidates’ resumes and qualifications

  • Confirming eligibility for employment with Kelly Services and KellyConnect

  • Assisting selected candidates with the application and onboarding processes

  • Data entry of candidate test scores

  • Other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

  • Must reside in southeastern Michigan/metro-Detroit and be willing to commute to our office in Troy, MI

  • Availability to work rotating shifts between the hours of 8am-8pm ET

  • Availability to work weekends, when additional support is needed

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills (including ability to work with HR/Staffing in addition to communicating with candidates)

  • Ability to multitask between speaking with candidates and typing interview notes

  • Typing proficiency

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail as appropriate documentation of candidate interviews is a strict requirement

  • High school diploma or equivalent
