Kelly Services Receptionist in Toronto, Canada

If so, this role may be for you! Kelly Services is looking for an outstanding Receptionist for a Temporary opportunity at our client in Toronto.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting Clients on the phone and in person

  • Responds to all client and employee requests in a courteous and timely manner

  • Answer group emails and distribute as required

  • Order office supplies

  • Coordinate in-office catering as required

  • Maintain the appearance of the front office

  • Additional Administrative Support to the office as a whole as required.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of proven success in a Reception position, with an outgoing personality and a passion for their job. Advanced MS Office and the ability to pick up new computer systems are a requirement in this position.
