Kelly Services Office Assistant - Part Time in Toronto, Canada

Kelly Services is looking for a Part Time Office Coordinator for a long term opportunity at our client in North York. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing Administrative Support to Senior Managers

  • Calendar Management, booking travel, coordinating meetings

  • Preparing reports, presentations, and documents for Senior Executive Team

  • Act as a Liaison between internal clients and departments

  • Supporting various departments as required

  • Coordinate in office events

  • Facilities management

  • Ad Hoc work as required

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of proven success in an Office Coordinator position, ideally within a Consulting or Financial Services Organization. Advanced MS Office skills with above average attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive documents with discretions is a must. Strong interpersonal skills and a great attitude, combined with the ability to work with all levels of staff, are required for this position.
