Our client, a Fortune 500 organization located in Downtown Toronto, has an immediate need for an HR Coordinator on a long term contract. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing Administrative support to the HR Department as a whole

  • Administering Benefits

  • Managing Benefits changes and adjustments

  • Coordinating Payroll with the Head Office

  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Preparing reports and analysis

  • Observe operations and suggest process changes to maximize operational efficiencies

  • Support Senior Leadership as required

To be considered for this HR Coordinator opportunity, you must possess a CHRP designation, have advanced MS Office Skills with a strong working understanding of various HRIS platforms. You will be a forward thinker with a great attitude who is comfortable working with all levels of staff.
