Admarkt Sales Operations Specialists provide ongoing and continuous support the Kijiji Admarkt Product team through administrative and technical duties. Sales Operations is a core function that interfaces with many departments within the company. This allows for a unique opportunity to gain exposure and experience across business units. This is a fast paced and exciting and you will be part of a dynamic group of individuals with a great team spirit.

A day in the life of a Sales Operations Support Specialist

  • Admarkt seller support and communication (aligned to CS and Sales Ops efforts)

  • Customer Service and Sales Ops communication process and tools auxiliary support

  • Provide professional and personal assistance to customers in answering inquiries through telephone and email

  • Build and maintain customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with accuracy and professionalism. Must identify, research, track and monitor the problem to insure a timely resolution

  • Coordinate the ongoing Admarkt seller communication plan

  • Support the billing escalations with Sales Ops and month end reporting with FAST (where applicable)

  • Support the Admarkt educational content creation and dissemination as required to provide CS and Sales Ops seller support teams what they need, on-going

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with accounts

  • Maintain strong working relationship within team environment

  • Work with third party vendors to test new products and technology

  • Ad hoc administrative duties as they arise

  • Some knowledge of website technology (XML, HTML, etc.) is an asset as basic trouble-shooting is a key component of the position

  • Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with call routing software is an asset

  • Experience in Salesforce

  • Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and communicate efficiently internally and externally

  • Has energy and drive, takes ownership and pride in their work

Location: in-office position

Hours : 9-5 business hours
