A Golf Manufacture is seeking an Entry Level Administrative Assistant for their Tinley Park Location. This Admin will primarily be responsible for entering customer orders and other administrative tasks
Additional requirements and responsibilities:
Seeking a recent college graduate or entry level Administrative Assistant
Basic QuickBooks experience is a must.
Handle all customer inquiries, order entry, and email follow ups.
Able to assist with inventory management.
Establish customer relationships over the phone and by email.
Process quotes, update inventory, update customer profiles.
Able to answer phones and call back vendors regarding questions
Previous 1+ years Administrative Experience
Must be able to work with a sense of urgency, strong problem solving and good time management.
Small work environment, personality is key and must be professional but outgoing!
