Front Desk Administrative Assistant with HR experience

Admin/clerical support for several departments including A/P, HR and Receptionist/Switchboard Desk

Critical skills/tasks for this position include:

  • Prepare documents/emails/orders using MS Office and order entry systems

  • Complete daily tasks accurately and on time with frequent interruptions

  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges

  • Basic knowledge of accounting (debits/credits) and math skills

  • Ability to sit/work on a computer for extended periods of time

  • Adaptable to work with different personality types

This position requires high energy level and enthusiasm to deliver outstanding customer support. Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role is required.
