Kelly Services Call Center Human Resources Assistant in St Paul, Minnesota

Kelly Services is currently seeking a Call Center HR Assistant, for the largest automotive insurance provider in the country, at their location in St. Paul, MN!

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a primary contact in an HR Contact Center processing requests from current and past employees, retirees and internal and external customers regarding questions that are related to payroll, time tracking system, benefits, leaves of absence, compensation, pension, position management and other related areas or HR transaction questions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED. Bachelor's Degree is preferred

  • Previous HR experience (entry/junior level OK)

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and PeopleSoft (or similiar) is a plus

  • Great attention to detail and accuracy

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, organized, and able to adapt to different communication styles

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday

Pay Rate : $17.00-18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Duration: 6+ months possible TEMP-HIRE for the right fit!
