Kelly Services Contract Recruiter in St. Louis, Missouri

Our client, the largest Pharmacy Benefit Management firm, is currently seeking a Contract Recruiter for a 3 month temporary position with the opportunity to extend. The position is located in St. Louis, Missouri.

The hours for this position are as follows

  • Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Pay rate- $28/hr. to $31/hr.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Manage the acquisition of talent to fill positions including : pharmacists, pharmacy techs, & CSRs

  • Helps to build & update staffing forecasts, prepares and executes recruiting strategies, acquires, directs & manages the work output of contract recruiters, counsel’s managers on all aspects of the hiring process, etc.

  • Independently manage recruiting strategies & the recruiting process for a business group in a fast paced environment.

  • Counsels line managers in final selections, compensation & the recruitment process.

  • Conduct new employee orientation training, interviewing training & other development aligned with staffing.

  • Assist management in determining the appropriate compensation for new hires.

  • Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with the management team of assigned client groups.

The ideal candidate will have a Degree and a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience recruiting professionals in a full cycle high volume environment. Proficiency with MS Office as well as various sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) is crucial as well as previous experience using an ATS (Workday preferred).
