Kelly IT Resources is looking for a Change Release Specialist for a leading consumer-goods manufacturer and distributor.
Title: Change Release Specialist (IT Service Management)

7.5 Month Contract
W2 contract with health and 401k benefits
Change Release Specialist will work on outage reporting, legacy/heritage functional and IT changes. Responsibilities also include Change Expert maturity training, deployment approval boards, Post Implementation Quality Reviews, and reporting.
Responsible for some interfacing with LGO Integration and IT Delivery Managers. Serves in rotation for Manager-on-Duty as required.
Requires physical presence in St. Louis, MO.
Primary Responsibilities Enforcement of end-to-end Change Release processes and policies.
The result of this effort will be changes that have sufficient testing, approval, and communication.
Post implementation auditing and compliance reporting resulting in the identification and correction actions for non-compliance behaviors Partner with Customer Care to detect changes that cause unexpected impact to the business and taking corrective actions to ensure the failure is not repeated.
Provision of training and retraining of the change community as well as the efforts to constantly raise the maturity level of Change Experts Monthly meetings, Learning Series Publications and general coaching.
On call incident management process support for critical incidents.
Must have: 4+ years’ Service Management experience
Basic Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED is required
1+ years Project Management experience is preferred
solid auditing background, process enforcement, report generation, attention to detail, and change/release management
Bachelor s Degree preferred
IT Service Management ITSM and/or IT Infrastructure Library ITIL certifications preferred
Experience in the industry or in a CPG Consumer Packaged Goods environment is preferred
