Kelly Services Administrative Assistant in St. Joseph, Missouri
Kelly Services is looking for a high-energy, experienced administrative assistant to manage the day to day duties of managing the reception desk including visitor management, telephone system and being the point of contact for visitors. This position will also provide support the the SHE specialist, Executive Secretary and Human Resources.
The essential functions of this position are:
Mail Management (retrieve and distribution)
Safety Administrative Support
Assisting with additional responsibilities

High School Diploma or GED are required
Strong computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office)
Excellent grammar and spelling
Skills Preferred but not required:
Two or more years of administrative experience
Previous experience working with the public
