Job Description

Hours: 7 am to 3 pm

Tuesday - Saturday.

Custodian Duties and Responsibilities

Daily custodial responsibilities at main facility and warehouse including:

  • Trash removal

  • Surface cleaning utilizing provided chemicals and cleaners

  • Sweeping and mopping of floors, as well as vacuuming of carpets

  • Cleaning and sanitizing of all restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, and showers

  • Cleaning and sanitizing of all break rooms, meeting spaces, and offices

  • Restocking necessary items (e.g. soap, paper products)

  • Cleaning of mirrors and windows

Follow daily cleaning schedule and standing work instructions

Custodian Requirements and Qualifications

Previous work experience as custodian, janitor, or a similar role preferred

Safety-conscious: incumbent must be able to follow all established safety protocols and work in a safe manner

Able to follow work instructions

Detail-oriented and conscientiousness

Self-starting and self-motivated

Able to work independently

Able to see, hear, and physically lift up to 30 pounds

Requirements

Must be Safety Minded.
