The Global Studies Manager will provide leadership to one or more Study Management Team and/or Supported Research Teams. Provides strategic planning and organization to achieve successful study completion. Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the operational aspects in according with medical plan and ICH/GCP standards.

Education and Experience required for the Global Studies Manager includes:

  • Minimum of a BS degree in medical/science discipline.

  • At least 7 years of proven clinical research development experience

  • Clinical development experience on operational aspects of conducting clinical studies including:

  • Vendor/CRO Management

  • Lead a Study Management Team

  • Implementing clinical development/medical plans

  • Coordinating study level activities

  • Project Management experience including implementation of risk management and manage complex study budgets and resourcing plans.

  • Experience in multiple therapeutic areas

  • Self-motivated

  • Demonstrates strategic thinking

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Strong analytical and technical skills
