Kelly Services Supply Chain Clerk in Seattle, Washington
Kelly Services has an amazing opportunity for a six months contract (possible temp to hire) to work for America's leading ski company with brands and businesses in design, production, sales and marketing. They are seeking a Supply Chain Clerk for their Seattle, WA location.
Payrate: $17.00 per hour
Act as support to Supply Chain department
Responsible for assisting in creating and monitoring Purchase Orders on behalf of the Planners for US and company subsidiaries.
Responsible for assisting in reviewing shipping documentation for accuracy (costing, qty, compliance), alerting planners if inaccurate.
Assists in monitoring the Supply Chain inbox for incoming shipping docs and shipping instruction.
Updates POs for costing, qty, dates, etc as requested by Planners
Receives PO and passes invoice to AP as requested by Planners
Demonstrated ability to manage workload independently from multiple sources.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficient in MS systems, including Outlook, Excel
Accurate data entry and organizational skills
BA/BS degree in business administration, purchasing or related field
Advanced experience in Excel (vlookup, sumif, formulas, pivot, etc)
Understanding of customs, shipping docs, or logistics.
