Kelly Services Account Manager in Sanford, North Carolina
JOB SUMMARY: This role will provide support for the Partner-Staffing relation and compliance with state and local employment laws, Affirmative Action programs, Handbook and Policy updates and distribution. The Supervisor ensures the follow-up and responsibility for resolving employee relations matters and manage employee programs.
Responsible for day-to-day administration of the employee relations function
Manage and resolve basic to complex employee relations issues. Conduct employee investigations and initiates appropriate steps for resolution in accordance with policies and procedures
Interacts with new and existing employees - ensuring overall treatment are aligned with customer environment
Interact with the customer department management - ensuring placement and alignment on manning needs.
Help maintain a positive employee relations climate by proactively providing guidance to employees and responding to inquiries from staff members
Prepare, track and maintain investigation data/reports
Manage employees on best practices and address behavioral issues in the workplace
High School Diploma or GED equivalent with five (5) years of relevant work experience; or, 3-5 years of related work experience with Associates or Bachelor-s degree
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze and reports on data as required
Ability to multi-task, manage priorities and meet deadlines
Intermediate skill level in Word and Excel are necessary
Role will require to be working on a computer, using a telephone, and utilizing intra and inter-personal
Intermediate level of CBT (MS Office/Excel/Outlook)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Plus (not required
Experience working (Kronos, Peoplenet, UltiPro, or similar timekeeping system)
Minimum of 6 months to one year of management experience - Plus
