Kelly Services Customer Service Representative in Salt Lake City, Utah

Job Description

Kelly Services is hiring for Customer Service Representatives in West Valley. This position is an incoming call center position supporting clients with enrolling in and managing their health insurance benefits. This is a contract position scheduled to run from Aug-Dec 2018 during the Annual Enrollment period for Health Insurance.

Training class are starting weekly beginning 9/17

Pay $15.00 per hr

Shifts- Employees must be available

Monday-Saturday 6:00 am-6:30 pm - Employees must be able to work any 8 hour shift within these hours.

Requirements

6 mo.+ Customer Service Skills

We are looking for candidates with outstanding computer skills and the ability to operate multiple systems at one time.

Candidates should be able to stay calm under pressure and in high call volume situations

Requirements:

HS Diploma or GED

Computer Skills

Customer Service Exp.

Reliable Transportation

Willing to submit to a 7 year Criminal Background Screening
