Kelly Services Call Center Agents in Saint Cloud, Minnesota

Job Description

Obtain and validate application data from customers applying for credit. This is accomplished by conducting initial research and gathering customer information that may require multiple customer verification techniques to determine the customer's identity. Also, will be cross-trained on Fraud phones. Based on this data review a final credit decision is made. This position interacts with Fraud, Customer Service, credit Bureau Reporting, Collections, and Order Processing. This position is in a call center handling both in-bound and out-bound calls.

Requirements

Customer Service Experience, Call Center Experience a plus, attention to detail
