Kelly Services Console Operator / Call Center / Dispatch / Switchboard - PART TIME in Saginaw, Michigan

Job Description

Do you have call center experience? Are you looking for part time work (approximately 24 hours/week)?

If so, Kelly Services has an immediate opening for qualified individuals.

Requirements

  • Able to work 3pm - 11pm on Thursdays

  • Able to work 9am - 6pm on Fridays

  • Able to work 1st or 2nd shift between 7am - 11pm on Saturdays and Sundays

  • Able to work every other weekend and every other holiday

  • Able to work as a last-minute backup for call-ins, vacations, etc.

  • Able to work full time for the first 4-6 weeks of training (shifts will vary between 7am - 11pm, 40 hrs/week)

  • Have at least 1 year of call center, switchboard or similar experience (i.e. help desk, answering service, dispatch, etc.)

  • Can pass a typing test at 35 WPM

  • Able to use a PC

  • Possess a GED or High School Diploma
