Requirements

Possess a minimum of a HS Diploma or GED

Excellent recommendations from previous employers

Ability to promote effective communication and interpersonal relations among students, parents, teachers and administrators

Possess above average computer competencies

Ability to actively provide students with educational support in the classroom

Possess stamina and physical ability to work with students

High ethical standards, professionalism and workplace etiquette a must

Successful completion of Substitute Training Course (offered and administered by KES as part of our hiring process)

Willingness to submit to a background check
