Kelly Services Regulatory Affairs Coordinator in Raynham, Massachusetts

Kelly’s Outsourcing & Consulting Group is seeking candidates for a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator position in Raynham, MA . This is at least one year long with possibility of extension and comes with enhanced benefits . The Regulatory Affairs Coordinator performs a variety of functions related to the support of the Regulatory Affairs department, including administrative functions.

In addition, the Regulatory Affairs Coordinator will:

  • Monitor and respond to questions posed by international regulatory associates via the Regulatory Requests Mailbox

  • Maintain various tracking logs and timelines to track regulatory submissions and approvals

  • Maintain domestic and international regulatory contact list, country Health Authority requirements and project code lists

  • Coordinate conference calls with Supply Chain, cross-functional teams and international affiliates

  • Manage weekly team meetings and create individual objectives

  • Create monthly reports for submissions and approvals

To qualify for this position the following are required:

  • Project Management experience required with background in Regulatory Affairs or Supply Chain with a strong track record of problem solving

  • Bachelor Degree or higher

  • Understanding of international regulatory requirements

  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Access – able to create reports and manipulate data

  • Ability to work independently (with limited supervision)

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong team player

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
