Bilingual Customer Service Call Center Position Now Available!

We are currently seeking bilingual (fluent in both Spanish and English) Customer Services Representatives for one of our premier healthcare insurance clients. Daily work goes by quickly with contest, games, and prizes while answering customer health insurance questions.

Pay Rate:

$14.08-$15.08 (DOE) Plus a $0.75 increase upon passing of our bilingual assessment test

Training: 7-8 weeks Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM

Regular Hours:

Must be flexible to work a straight 8 hour shift between the hours of 8:00AM -8:00PM (Monday-Friday)

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for resolving all aspects of customer inquiries and complaints, as well for providing accurate and timely responses, and for entering accurate information into the customer database. You would be under direct supervision, and handling customer inquiries, including but not limited to, claims and benefit interpretation. As a Customer Service Representative you are aiding prospective members, enrolled members, providers, employers, vendors, and other customers.

Skills and Requirements:

Must be bilingual: fluent Spanish and English

Minimum 2 years of customer service required

Basic computer knowledge

Data Entry

Quick learner

Great attention to detail

Ability to multitask

Ability to interact professionally with both internal and external contacts

Ability and desire to work in a fast paced environment is required

Education:

High School Diploma or GED
