Forklift Operator City, East Bay Area

Kelly Services is currently looking for a Forklift Operator to work on site for a prestigious Fortune 500 healthcare company located in East Bay Area, California.

Shift Information:

  • 1st Shift

  • 2nd Shift

  • 3rd Shift

Pay Rates: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities Include:

  • Order picking

  • Replenishing stock

  • Loading and unloading product

  • Taking inventory

Job Requirements:

  • Experience within the last year operating three different types of forklifts (Narrow Aisle Stand-Up Reach Truck Forklift, Cherry Picker/Stock Picker, Electronic Riding Pallet Jack)

  • At least 6 months of experience using an RF scan gun

  • Basic computer skills

  • Able to stay on task with minimal supervision

  • Detail oriented with high sense of urgency and positive attitude

  • Comfortable operating lift up to 40 feet

  • You will need to be available to work flexible schedule and overtime as needed

  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work and communicate well with others

  • Ability to give and understand instructions, both verbal and written

  • Willing to work with a team concept

  • You will need to be open to accept change and additional responsibilities and training associated with change

  • Able to pass a forklift written evaluation along with a forklift field test

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
