Tremendous opportunity available for an administrative or legal assistant to work with one of Kelly Services’ top clients in the South Hills area of Pittsburgh! Kelly Legal Managed Services is seeking an administrative or legal assistant with experience handling contracts and insurance matters for a temporary assignment that may become permanent. This is wonderful opportunity for candidates who meet the qualifications listed below.
Updating third-party provider’s databases as needed.
Researching general guidelines regarding state registration.
Assisting in obtaining and maintaining client corporate documentation.
Obtaining and maintaining updated broker information and existing contracts.
Obtaining a DUNS number on behalf of the client.
Maintaining company insurance records and a list of insurance contacts for the client.
Maintaining internal communication to keep processes moving forward.
Administrative or Legal Assistant experience in a corporate setting highly desired; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Excellent investigative and analytical skills
Must be highly organized and able to multitask in a sometimes fast-paced environment
High degree of attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills with internal and external clientele
