Our client, a top international Pharmaceutical/CPG manufacturer, is currently seeking a Systems Operations / Data Analyst for a 12+ month contract opportunity , located in Piscataway, NJ.

Overview and responsibilities for the position below;
The Analyst, Contract Competency Center Systems Operations, is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day support of CSM contracting systems & processes; participating as a member of Systems Operations Project teams of limited scope and scale, and other related activities as assigned by Sr. Manager, CCC System Operations.
The Systems Operations Analyst will provide analytical, project, and data support for Contract Services to maximize effective & efficient operation of contracting business processes.
The System Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing & tracking assigned requests for service, support, and system issues; and partnering with internal business resources, and internal/ external informational technology resources to deliver prompt and effective triage.
In addition, the Systems Operations Analyst will assist in testing solutions and break fixes, using industry system Life cycle testing software.
The Analyst will assist in publishing routine status reports to the CCC leadership team illustrating project performance against plan; and other key department metrics.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor Degree coupled with 2+ years’ of related work experience in an analytical function. Strong analytical and quantitative skills , and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are required. Knowledge of using SQL queries , and experience with relational database tools such as TOAD or SQL Developer is preferred. Expertise with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Access) is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong sense of urgency. Experience with Contract Management software (example CARS/IS and/or Model N); and System Life Cycle Management software (example HP-ALM) is preferred.
