POSITION SUMMARY

  • Filters Help Desk calls and provides basic support and troubleshooting, such as password resets, printer configurations, break/fix instructions, ticket routing and escalation to Level 2 and Level 3 support.

  • A Level 1 tech gathers and analyzes information about the user’s issue and determines the best way to resolve their problem.

  • Level 1 may also provide support for identified Level 2 and Level 3 issues where configuration solutions have already been documented.

  • Technical troubleshooting over the phone

  • Provide field support services and support for various infrastructures, including Server 2003/2008/2012, Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems, and LAN hardware

  • Become familiar with Office 365 and provide support.

  • Configure new equipment on behalf of clients, deliver and install equipment.

  • Other IT related duties as required.

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

Associate’s Degree or related IT or Customer Service certifications.

RELEVANT WORK REQUIREMENTS :

  • Excellent written and verbal skills to document incident tickets and communicate status

  • Excellent problem solving skills; ability to multi-task within tight deadlines; excellent organizational skills; self-directed and results/goal oriented

  • Prior experience working in a customer service environment

  • Prior experience working in clinical behavioral health care setting preferred

  • Strong diagnostic and analysis skills

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
