Kelly Services Front Desk / Customer Service in Pelham, Alabama
Position: Front Desk Customer Service
*Time: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (1 hour lunch)
Environment: Home setting with a total of 4 employees. May occasionally have to work with no supervision due to various schedules. Mature crowd hoping for someone with similar maturity. Person will also need to be able to climb steps (7 in total) and not be allergic to cats.
*Job Description: Looking for someone that will be able to answer client and prospects questions via phone. Will be responsible for notating customer complaints, emergencies or installations and getting them to the appropriate person in a very timely manner. Person must be a self-starter and have high degree of independence. Must also have a sense of emergency. They use an industry specific CRM system -Tiger Paw-. It is not necessary for individual to have this experience.
Must have at least 5+ years of Customer Service Experience
- Must be able to work around animals
