Office Manager with Excellent Customer Service Experience - Pasadena TX

The Office manager will uphold ISC Standard Operating Procedures at all time and provide best customer service to internal and external customer every transaction, every time while maintaining the efficiency of ISC operations.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Proven customer and employee focused decision-making leadership in support of the Manager at all times

  • Provide quality telephone and email support with a high degree of customer service, expertise and timeliness

  • Respond to customer requests via phone, fax, and email, including, but not limited to, processing sales order, purchase order, order status, product lead times, expedites, product recommendation, item descriptions, and pricing information

  • Assist with inventory management and maintain shrink adequate office supplies and parts are available for efficient operation of the facility

  • Work with Manufacturing, Shipping, Technical Service, Rental, Repair, Sales and other internal groups to assure prompt and professional handling of customer orders

  • Acknowledges and addresses problems and issues in an honest, up-front, non-judgmental manner; provide follow-up to help to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Verify, approve and submit AP invoices, complete monthly distributor credits

  • Ensure that all office and shop supplies are on hand.


  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service.

  • Ability in leadership.

  • Data Entry skills.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel (advanced), and Power Point.

  • Knowledge or experience with customer service management systems and tools (ERP).

  • Background in providing customer service support.

  • Oracle E Business Suite (OM and Repair modules) and

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with pleasant demeanor.

  • Very Organized and able to perform multiple task simultaneously.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills.


  • Additional language skills a plus

  • Ability to speak Spanish

  • Office Administration Certificate or equivalent work experience

  • Associate Degree diploma

  • Knowledge or experience with customer service management systems and tools
