Kelly Services HR Coordinator in Orlando, Florida
Looking for someone who has experience with processing terminations and unemployment claims preferably.
This position supports the HR Consolidated Services team with various administrative and analytical tasks. This team supports functions such as tuition reimbursement, unemployment claim processing, I-9 processes, background check processing and rehire eligibility reviews.
Essential Job Functions
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Process, audit and review designated process (background, unemployment, tuition reimbursement, rehire, I-9, etc). This would include reviewing information submitted, gathering of required documents from various sources as needed, researching submissions, approving requests per guidelines, providing guidance on compliance related questions/concerns/issues, consulting with HR leadership on sensitive issues as needed, reporting out on decisions/results and documenting resolution. Processes all required forms into employee personnel file through barcoding and electronic document preparation (80%)
Conduct field training for HR teams on processes and regulatory compliance. Provide ad hoc reporting and trend analysis for designated process (10%)
Provide backup support for department and additional projects as assigned. (10%)
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Â· High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), college degree preferred
Knowledge and skills
Â· Must maintain strict confidentiality.
Â· Strong organizational skills, self-motivated and detail oriented.
Â· Must be able to handle multi-tasking with the ability to comprehend complex processes.
Â· Ability to be highly flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
Â· Must have effective oral and written skills.
Â· Must be able to communicate policy guidelines, programs, and procedures.
Â· Must be able to develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
Â· Must have strong working knowledge of computer systems, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
Â· 2+ years of HR experience
