Kelly Services Senior Regional Recruiter, Oil & Gas- Odessa, TX in Odessa, Texas

We are looking for an Oil & Gas Recruiter for a position supporting our Premier Client onsite in Odessa. In this role, you will drive the recruiting process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

You will act as an individual contributor and will be managing the full life cycle including sourcing and recruiting for field and engineering positions.

You will also act as an ongoing consultant to the client on the recruiting process.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the region in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and discuss these strategies with Hiring Managers

  • Develop and maintain effective networks within professional associations and within the community to ensure a continuous flow of candidates

  • Utilize online social and professional networking sites to connect with potential passive candidates

  • Develop and maintain a high volume of referrals and a strong candidate pipeline

  • Execute accurate data capture and timely reporting on key staffing metrics

  • Understand and execute diversity and quality requirements

  • Comply with legal and client regulations during the identification and screening process

  • Extend offers to candidates

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree equivalent work experience

  • 3-5 year’s progressively responsible experience sourcing candidates and recruiting in multiple geographies

  • 1 years’ sourcing experience which includes cold calling competitors, search string creation etc.

  • Recruiting Experience in the Oil and Gas industry for field positions (frac operators, cement operators, mechanics, CDL drivers and similar)

  • Expertise in generating talent through networking and creative sourcing methods

  • Operational experience with at least one Applicant Tracking System (preferred)

  • Knowledge of OFCCP guidelines

  • Documentation and reporting skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, and to adapt to constant changes and competing priorities

  • Ability to interface and build relationships with all levels within the organization, including Executive Management

  • Identifies and resolves potential challenges and risks then engages in proper escalation procedure
