Job Title: Marketing Communications Professional

Location: North Wales, PA

Duration: 2 month contract, possibly longer depending on performance and work load.

Compensation: $18- $22 hourly

This individual will support the Marketing Communications department in proofreading, editing, and fact checking promotional materials as well as support other department needs as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Proofread, fact check, and edit promotional materials, enforcing corporate & departmental style guides. Review materials for content accuracy, consistency with other marketing materials, spelling, grammar, and formatting.

  • Test digital communications on various digital platforms.

  • Assist with other miscellaneous department projects as needed.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English or related discipline preferred

  • 3+ years proofreading and editing experience

  • Pharmaceutical experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in relevant software programs including but not limited to, Adobe Acrobat Professional (including editing capabilities), MS Word, MS Excel

Functional Knowledge:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent proofreading skills and understanding of rules of grammar

  • Manage confidential and sensitive information.
