Kelly Services Accounts Payable Clerk in North Vancouver, Canada
Currently we are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our client’s team in North Vancouver. This position is seeking a professional experienced in high volume transactions, having a strong attention to detail and accounting designation.
WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Accounts Payable - full cycle
Receive invoices and distribute to job cost
Review and verify invoices
Prepare invoice batches and post to Timberline AP module
Process cheque runs weekly and monthly deadlines
Process credit card Payments and reconciliations
Process employee expense reports and payments
Reconcile AP accounts Quarterly and Monthly
Answer inquiries of payment status
Answer and direct incoming calls
Code, enter, reconcile; correct and adjust
Generate AP Reports
Maintain Vendor Relationships
Organize accounting files
Cross-train PO system
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A diploma or degree and combination of relevant experience
Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience
Experience with high volume transactions
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and work in a team environment
