Kelly Services is currently seeking a Project Manager III/Project & Onboarding Manager for one of our top clients in New York, NY.

As a Project Manager III/Project & Onboarding Manager with Kelly Services, you will be responsible for operational management of Company software with an emphasis on specific product sets based on customer requirements and implementation needs!

Job Description:

A Project and Onboarding Manager is responsible for operational management of Company software with an emphasis on specific product sets based on customer requirements and implementation needs. Technical responsibilities include problem identification, policy configuration, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and product deployment. The purpose of this role is to provide subject matter expertise in information security and governance with Company enterprise sector clients. Integral to this role is the ability to represent Company as a trusted advisor on information security. The role requires the ability to design solution architecture and evangelize both the solution and the underlying information security principles. Project management of the implementation of solutions and technologies is an important part of this role. The third part of this role is problem management, remediation and root cause analysis to enable process and technology improvement. Our Project and Onboarding Manager role coordinates execution of the different Engagements with customers: Professional Services engagements, initial CASB onboarding process and Managed Services CASB activities. We are looking to fill this role in the US and EMEA locations.


  • Project manage and coordinate new appliance customer implementation working as a conduit between customer and internal implementation resources.

  • Working with customer to be accountable to completing pre-implementation requirements.

  • Communicate process workflow updates and set clear expectations on milestone dates with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Tracking key implementation milestones, escalating to customers/internal stakeholders when not achieved. Coordinating meetings between customer, and internal resources to progress the appliance implementation.

  • Coordinate trainings, and other key knowledge transfer sessions with customer.

  • Educate customer on key processes, such as: issue escalation, updates, troubleshooting procedures.

  • Ensuring internal documentation and data captured correctly in internal systems.

  • Handling customer escalations during project.


  • Requires a BS degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Contribute to building and improving processes to increase customer Appliance project efficiency and capacity.

  • Create or contribute to internal onboarding playbooks for internal team members.

  • Create or contribute to customer facing onboarding content, forms and documentation that adds value to the end customer experience and drives efficiency and capacity.

  • Must have experience managing large numbers of customer projects, updating policies, creating whitelists, creating blacklists, running system inventories, and McAfee Application control deployment experience.

  • Prior Professional Services experience is preferred.
