Kelly Services Financial Analyst in New Brunswick, New Jersey

Our client, a world leader in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry, is currently seeking a Financial Analyst for a 6 month temporary position with the opportunity for an extension. The position is located New Brunswick, NJ.

The hours and pay for this position are as follows:

  • Monday to Friday 9-5pm

  • Pay is up to $30.50 per hour W2 DOE

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Projects related to global transfer pricing

  • Data management and gathering data from affiliates and systems (including Bravo), validating and analyzing this data (including running analytics looking for outliers, comparative analysis on a year on a year basis, etc.)

  • Producing reports and presentations using Powerpoint and Word summarizing data (including generating charts and graphics); and assisting with producing tools for managing large global project management.

  • Understanding client systems, particularly around management versus legal entity financial reporting; understanding of GAAP reporting for income statements and balance sheets; calculating key financial indicators (e.g., return on assets, operating margins); segmenting income statements and balance sheets; and performing other analyses.

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 2 years experience. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have excellent organizational skills, including time management and structured thinking in process-oriented settings. Must have Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience. Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, and/or Access would be preferred.
