Kelly Services Warehouse Worker in Mt Pleasant, Pennsylvania

Warehouse Operator

Pay: $15.75 Hour

Hours of Work: 6 am- 2pm Monday-Friday.

Must be flexible with schedule to cover possible weekend work. May rotate to be on-call for evenings or weekends. Daily schedule can vary subject to operational requirements. All hours over 40 in a workweek are paid at time and a half.

Our client, a leader in the oil and gas service industry has an immediate opening for a warehouse operator to work at its Mt. Pleasant, PA location. This is a long term opportunity that may have the potential to go temp to perm depending on future workload.


  • Receive in/issue and export inventory and tools used in gas and oil drilling applications. Ship parts internationally, count parts, load and unload tractor trailer trucks using a forklift.

  • Standard warehouse operations, inventory control, counting, receiving, international shipments.

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Possess basic written communication skills. Ability to apply concepts of basic math. Basic PC skills. The work environment is very fast paced and noisy. It is one of constant movement while performing the duties of this job. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

  • Stocks received material, as well as completed products and assemblies from in-house production. Picks materials, components and end products and delivers them to Production or shipping. Performs cycle counts. Prepares component kits for production, fills orders and supplier subcontract parts.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent. 6+ months related experience.

  • Must be able to pass a 7 year criminal background check and drug screen which includes a hair follicle test.

  • Must be able to operate a forklift while loading or unloading freight.
