Kelly Services LMS Project Coordinator in Mounds View, Minnesota

Our client in Minneapolis, MN is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Project Coordinator to assist their Learning department. The role requires that the candidate have previous Learning Management System (LMS) experience with a strong preference in experience with Cornerstone, OnDemand, Saba or ComplianceWire software background. The position is first shift and is for a 7-months contract. The projected start date is March 19th, 2018.

The LMS Administrator will support the use of the corporate wide Learning Management System LMS that is used to schedule courses, manage required training through certifications and monitor and report successful completion of training. In this role, the LMS Administrator will maintain accurate training records, provide technical support for end users, manage logistics and course materials, and run standard reports.


  • Maintain accurate training records including enrollments, creating offerings; attach content, version courses, manage waitlists, assisting with data cleanup as directed.

  • Coordinate training logistics including scheduling instructors, rooms, etc. and printing rosters and sign in sheets.

  • Maintain course materials and audit course materials as directed.

  • Create and distribute surveys and tabulate results.

  • Provide standard reporting for business.

  • Provide technical support and respond to end user inquiries.

  • Look for trends and seek resolution for root cause of common issues.

  • Exhibit outstanding customer service skills.

  • Support projects by entering historical data and ensuring data accuracy and completion.

  • Provide professional written and oral communication related to LMS responsibilities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma 3 years work experience in administrative support or customer service. Computer skills experience including proficiency in Word and Excel

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree. Experience working with large global systems. Experience working in an LMS System. Experience working with quality systems and compliance in regulated industry. Excellent written and oral communications. Ability to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects in accordance with stated deadlines. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a global environment. Flexible and able to learn new technologies. Well-organized and good at prioritizing work. Balanced use of independent action and collaborative problem solving. Experience working in a regulated industry.
