Job Description

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Clerk for the Office of the State Attorney in Moore Haven!Applicant must be able to multitask and manage a heavy volume of cases, have knowledge of routine clerical procedures, the ability to prepare reports and correspondence, plan, organize and coordinate work activities. Must be highly organized, detailed oriented, and flexible. Must have computer experience. Applicant must also have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions and the ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Bi-lingual a plus!

Requirements

-Knowledge of routine clerical procedures to include usage of Excel and Word programs

-Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and flexible

-Ability to multitask and manage a heavy volume of paperwork

-Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work activities

-Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

-Ability to communicate effectively orally and written

-Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
