Kelly Services Bilingual Payroll/Administrative Assistant in Moncton, Canada

Our client, a well established company in the Moncton area, has an immediate opportunity for a Bilingual Payroll Clerk/Administrator. This position is an administrative role supporting the payroll dept. It is a 6 month term with the possibility of extension.

Some of the desired skills and attributes for this position will include:

  • 2+ years of payroll / administration experience

  • Ability to work with very tight and rigid deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance

  • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential issues with tact and diplomacy

  • Experience with ADP Software is an asset

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word & Excel required

  • Bilingual French/English Required
