DIRECT HIRE PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR!!!!

Requirements:

  • ABILITY TO READ PLANS & SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATING SOFTWARE

  • COORDINATE WITH PROJECT SUPERINTENDANT AND CONSTRUTION MANAGER/OWNERS RESPONSIBILIES INCLUDEREQUEST FOR INFORMATION, SUBMITTALS, CLOSEOUTS, AND GENERAL CORRESPONDENCE

  • CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE PREFFERED, EXCEL AND WORD MANDATORY

  • RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PROJECT ADMINISTRATION INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: PREPARING BUDGETS, WRITING SUBCONTRACTS, PREPARING RFI'S, PREPARING PROPOSALS

  • COMMUNICATE WITH OWNERS, OWNERS REPS, SUPPLIERS AND SUBCONTRACTORS

  • PROFICIENT IN USING COMPUTER INCLUDING: MICROSOFT OFFICE, P6 KNOWLEDGE PREFERRED

  • MUST HAVE STRONG ORGANIZATION AND TIME MANGEMENT SKILLS, AND THE ABILITY TO SELF-MOTIVATED

  • ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK UNDER TIME CONSTRAINTS

  • DEMOSTRATE EXCELLENT VERBAL SKILLS AND WRITTEN COMUNICATION SKILLS. TACTFUL, PROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR WITH THE ABILITY TO INTERACT EFFECTIVELY

Preferably

  • Software knowledge of Sage 300 and Primavera

Shift: 1st

Pay: $75,000-$80,000
