As an IT Recruiter, you are the key element that connects job-seekers with companies looking to hire the right talent. You are a specialist building lasting relationships and driving candidate engagement throughout the entire placement process. This can be a virtual opportunity that can be located anywhere in the United States.

Duties:

  • Maintains accountability to achieve individual recruiting targets and team recruiting goals, as defined by the client

  • Interfaces with the client Recruiting Manager to ensure satisfaction

  • Consults with client Recruiting Manager and follows processes to achieve SLAs/metrics

  • Effectively communicates, screens and ensure a positive candidate experience for referral and external applicants

  • Effectively communicates and advises qualified candidates to drive offer acceptance

  • Interview, presents and properly communicates candidate fit to the client Recruiting Manager

  • Maintains accountability for diversity and quality metrics

  • Ensures process accuracy/compliance with legal and client regulations

  • Develops understanding of client culture to ensure best candidate selection

  • Manages client expectations appropriately

  • Networks within candidates to generate referrals

Duties, Qualifications and Experience:

Technical:

  • Proven success in quality recruiting projects

  • Understanding of sourcing channels, networks and innovative recruiting

  • Phone interviews candidates to ensure client fit as well as positive candidate experience

  • Executes accurate data capture and real time reporting on key staffing metrics in client’s ATS

  • Demonstrates knowledge of applicable employment laws

  • Effectively utilizes problem solving and root cause analysis skills

  • Professional:

  • Quickly evaluates and prioritize tasks in a high volume recruiting environment

  • Process driven; experience communicating status throughout the recruiting process

  • Demonstrates the ability to build rapport with job seekers

  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Effectively utilizes interpersonal, consultative and negotiation skills

  • Demonstrates the ability to work with challenging and demanding clients and adapt to change quickly

  • Identifies and resolves potential challenges and risks then engages in proper escalation procedure

  • Drives results in a positive and professional manner in a deadline-oriented environment

Experience and Education Requirements:

2-5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience

Must have experience in IT recruiting

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
