Kelly Services Machine Operator Position in Milton, Florida
Ideal candidates are safety oriented, self-starters, and highly motivated. Training would be 7am to 3:30pm and takes 4 to 8 weeks. After training you would be moved to the 3rd shift.
Some of the Responsibilities to include:
-Start-up and shutdown of equipment
-Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting of materials
Some of the required skills and knowledge:
-Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (converting fractions to decimals, subtraction, division, taking measurements) and knowledge of metric system.
-Ability to read, comprehends, follow and apply sometimes-complex written instructions and procedures.
-Knowledge of and ability to perform general maintenance tasks.
-Ability to trouble shoot equipment, product or process and determine root cause.
