What you will do:
You will provide day-to-day computing operations support for local and remote locations. Also responsible for client issue resolution, system monitoring and tuning, uptime management, Virus Scanning, system failures and support. Assist with the planning, budgeting, implementing and supporting of remote site infrastructure.
What you will need:
Support the LAN to include problem isolation and diagnosis and working with the Lead Network Engineer with available network troubleshooting toolsets.
Experience with backups and restores
3+ years of experience with server and network solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization and with personnel located
Experience providing support for Virus Scan software.
Experience providing support for MS Exchange, Explorer and Outlook,
Experience building new servers
Experience providing onsite support for laptops/desktops.
