Title: Project Manager III (pharmaceutical)
Duration: 6+ months
Location: McPherson, KS
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to learn the 3rd level Bill of Material (BOM) process that exists for the Carpuject factory. Completion within 2 weeks.
Develop project list of actions required to replicate the 3rd level Bill of Material (BOM) process for Vials, and Amplues, and Cartridge. Completion by 4th weeks.
Establish project schedule by each business units to complete the 3rd level Bill of Material (BOM) process. Report milestone and timing for completion. Completion by 6th week.
Own and complete action items for the 3rd level Bill of Material (BOM) process for each business unit. Timing of all the deliverable are tied to financial system changes therefore completion time has an estimated range of 3-6 months.
Provide routine updates and summaries on deliverables, developed metrics, projects, scope, and budget.
Provide monthly written reports on deliverables, metrics, projects, scope, and budget.
Manage time and schedules, budget, and issue escalation for the BOM Team for this project.
Manage and direct document processor as necessary to meet deliverable timetables and maximize utilization.
Revise and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Batch Records (BR’s) and other site documentation as necessary.
Work with leaders to identify and direct necessary Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to execute or advise on necessary documentation revision.
8-10 hours of overtime per week will be required.
Must have Pharmaceutical experience.
5 years project management experience
5 years’ work experience in Pharma or related industry
Education / Experience:
- College degree or equivalent work history of managing projects
