Kelly Services Executive Administrative Assistant in London, Canada


  • Provides administrative support to the department Director and Chair/Chief including: organizing meetings, calendar management, file maintenance, preparing reports and correspondence

  • Maintaining budget tracking

  • Process faculty appointment paperwork

  • Taking minutes


  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience at the Executive or Senior level

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and confidence in dealing with all levels of an organization

  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities

  • Able to work effectively within a team environment

  • Demonstrated competence in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


  • Criminal background check is required


  • Competitive pay - $18.00/hour-$20.00/hour based on experience
