Kelly Services Administrative Assistant - Lockport Area in Lockport, New York
Kelly Services is assisting our customer in hiring for a temporary to hire Administrative Assistant in the Lockport, NY area. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with an outstanding organization!
-Provide administrative support for members of the organization-s Executive team
-Manage ordering and inventory of all office supplies.
-Answer and direct incoming phone calls; take detailed and accurate phone messages.
-Maintain all routine correspondence and general office documents.
-Confirm upcoming appointments with patients.
-Run and maintain monthly reports.
-General clerical duties, including filing, managing files, writing memos, and data entry.
-Strong computer and organizational skills.
-Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
-Previous administrative/office experience.
-High School Diploma required.
-Availability to work Monday/Wednesday/Friday 10am-7pm and Tuesday/Thursday 11am-8pm.
