Kelly Services French Speaking Customer Service (Part-Time) in Lindon, Utah
The French customer service representative position is responsible for providing customer service assistance to English and French speaking customers. Projecting a professional company image through phone and electronic communications. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Makes the initial contact with a client and explains the service available.
Processes customer orders and payments.
Maintains customer database: Updates data and makes necessary changes
Encourages customers to purchase additional products.
Determines/understands customers- needs with strong objection/response handling.
Manages customer queries/complaints
Schedule M-F 8am to about 4pm ( 20-25/hours a week) - Could go to Full-time
Fluent speaking and writing in French
Excellent verbal and written language skills
Professional personal presentation
Reliability and promptness
Positive attitude and able to maintain high energy level throughout shift.
